This policy explains how ScoreLenz handles information when you visit scorelenz.com or an authorized administrator uses the private analytics dashboard.

Website information and cookies

ScoreLenz stores preferences such as your theme and favourite teams in your browser. Essential cookies support site operation and consent choices. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process usage information such as pages visited, browser and device details, approximate location, and traffic source. You can change cookie choices through the site's cookie controls or your browser settings. See the Cookie Policy link in the site footer for cookie details.

Private analytics dashboard

The ScoreLenz admin dashboard uses Google OAuth with read-only Google Analytics access to retrieve reports for the ScoreLenz GA4 property. The reports are used to display site analytics to authorized administrators. The dashboard does not request permission to edit your Google Analytics property.

When an administrator authorizes access, OAuth credentials are stored in restricted server configuration and used by the backend to retrieve those reports. Report data is returned to the authenticated dashboard for display. ScoreLenz does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

An administrator can revoke the Google connection through their Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents the dashboard from retrieving further reports.

Service providers and disclosure

ScoreLenz relies on service providers to host the site and provide analytics and sports data. These providers process information as needed to operate their services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the site and its users.

Retention and security

Browser preferences remain on your device until they expire or you remove them. Google Analytics data is subject to the retention settings of the GA4 property. OAuth credentials remain in restricted server configuration while the integration is enabled and should be removed when it is disabled or credentials are rotated. We use access controls intended to protect server-side credentials and admin-only reports.
